Given the magnitude of our mission, First Candle believes that success in saving babies lives will be enhanced through strategic partnerships, collaboration and coalition-building.  We are governed by a volunteer board of directors, employ a top-notch staff to manage our programs and services and utilize a national network of members and partners to support our efforts to provide every baby the best possible change to survive and thrive.
