First Candle/SIDS Alliance does not endorse products, however, we do offer one program that may help position your company (and, therefore, its product) as supportive of the fight to end SIDS and help all infants survive and thrive.
Consumers are focused more than ever on getting the most from their purchasing power – associating your company with the nation’s leading charity in the field of infant health and survival will earn your company the reputation of “doing good things for a good cause.”
Participation in our First Candle Mall program is easy. Simply designate a percentage of your company’s/product’s sales to support our efforts. In return, you will be listed on the First Candle Mall page of our website, along with these additional benefits:
· We encourage you to let consumers know that “A percentage of this purchase will be donated to First Candle/SIDS Alliance to help babies survive and thrive.”
· You can use a special First Candle Mall logo on your packaging, promotional, advertising and other communications materials to let consumers know of your company’s commitment.
· Your company will be listed by name and with your corporate logo on a special First Candle Mall page of our website.
· Your company’s name and logo will be listed in our quarterly newsletter which is distributed to approximately 9,000 new and expectant parents, medical professionals, healthcare organizations, advocates, corporations, legislators and more each quarter. (Donors are listed according to total annual contribution and/or alphabetically for first-time donors.)
· First Candle Mall partners are also listed in our Annual Report, by company name only.
· In addition, if your company’s total annual contribution is $5,000 or greater, you are eligible for other benefits under the Campaign for Infant Health and Survival, based on your total annual contribution.
